POST UNIT SELECTION

As the developer of Lakeview Residence does not offer pre-sale reservations for Blockx Fractional we implement the Post Unit Selection solution to be still able to offer fractional ownership opportunities for Lakeview apartments at a fraction of the costs.

Here’s how it works:

1) Reserve a fraction for a 1- or 2-bedroom unit to secure your ownership share.
2) After all fractions for a studio, one, or two-bedroom apartment within Lakeview Residence are reserved, Blockx will carefully select a suitable unit that best aligns with requirements related to location, rental potential, and appreciation.
3) You will then be notified of the specific details of the selected apartment.-
4) If you are not satisfied with the chosen apartment, you have the option to request a refund of the Reservation fee.

At Blockx Fractional, we understand the importance of selecting the right apartment unit within the development. While we do not initially specify a particular unit when reserving a fraction, rest assured that we prioritise selecting an apartment that meets your preferences, including location within the development. Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your fractional ownership experience, and we will carefully select a suitable unit that best aligns with requirements related to location, rental potential, and appreciation.

While individual buyers have the option to opt out and receive a refund, it is Blockx that will ultimately make the selection of the apartment unit.
